The Yamaha Music Education System has something for every one.

Welcome!

With innovative piano lessons for children through adults, Yamaha’s music programs are designed to meet the unique needs and abilities for beginner, intermediate and advanced piano students. Taught by experienced professional piano instructors, the method combines a comprehensive curriculum with a fun, engaging classroom environment to promote a strong, well-rounded educational foundation.

The Junior Music Course (ages 4-5) and the Young Musicians Course (ages 6-8) offer piano classes that focus on introducing music fundamentals, enriching the musical experience and enhancing the student’s creative capabilities.

Adult classes were developed for those who have always wanted to play or those who want to get back to playing piano. Our Recreational Music Making program (RMM) brings you the pleasure of playing piano without the pressure of evaluations and recitals.

Keyboard Concepts has been Southern California’s “go-to” music purveyor since 1983. We’re proud to support amateur and professional musicians in every way we can. That’s why the Yamaha Music School at our Sherman Oaks location is so important to us. And why, when you ask ‘where are the best piano lessons near me?’ the answer is Keyboard Concepts here in the San Fernando Valley.

What Parents Are Saying About Us about the Yamaha Music School

“My Daughter is Excited to Attend Classes.” My 11 year old daughter has been attending Mrs Rita’s piano class for the last two years. She has excelled with Mrs Rita’s teaching style and is excited to attend the classes weekly as well as practice at home. I highly recommend this class.
